Motivation

The design and implementation of the smart fish pond monitoring system aims to improve the efficiency and quality of breeding management. Through real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of environmental conditions, the growth and health of fish can be improved, labor costs can be reduced, and overall work efficiency can be improved, making the breeding industry more competitive.

Product desciption

The smart fish pond monitoring system combines IoT technology to improve fish pond breeding efficiency and health monitoring, and improve environmental conditions. The system uses Raspberry Pi 4 as the core and is equipped with a variety of sensors and automatic control devices to collect key data such as water quality, temperature, and humidity in real time, and automatically adjust lighting, feed delivery, and water pump operation to maintain the best condition of the fish farm.

The operator can configure the lighting equipment, enabling the lighting system to adjust its on/off schedule based on the day's sunrise and sunset times (according to meteorological data).

The operator can set both the time and the amount of feed, achieving timed and quantified feeding functionality, or opt for manual feeding

Through the system's video surveillance, operators can monitor the surrounding environment of the fish pond in real-time.
